Terms of use

1. Who operates this site

mabeyn.com is operated by Mabeyn LLC, a limited liability company registered in Missouri, United States under charter number LC014772403, with its registered office at 117 S Lexington St, Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701, United States. General enquiries: [email protected]; legal notices: [email protected].

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Mabeyn LLC; “you” means anyone who visits this site. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. What this site is for

This is a corporate information site. It describes the Mabeyn group, its teams and how it works, and it carries forms for getting in touch and for applying to work with us. Nothing is sold here, no account can be opened, and no payment is taken on this domain.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, or advice you should act on without speaking to us. An agreement between us comes into being only when it is set out in writing and signed or otherwise expressly accepted by both sides.

3. About the information on this site

Descriptions of the group, its teams, services and standards are a general account of how we work. They may change without this site being updated the same day, and they are not an offer of any product or service.

Any service provided by Mabeyn is governed by a separate written agreement accepted by both sides, not by this page.

4. Using the forms

Send us what is relevant to your enquiry. Do not use the form to send unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content, bulk or unsolicited commercial messages, malware, or anyone else’s personal data that you have no right to pass on. Do not send passwords, card numbers or copies of identity documents — we do not ask for them and we do not want them.

We may decline to answer a message, and we may block a sender who abuses the form. Sending a message does not oblige us to respond, and no confidentiality or non-disclosure obligation arises from an unsolicited message. Do not send us ideas or material you expect us to treat as confidential unless we have agreed to in writing beforehand.

We handle what you send in line with our privacy notice.

5. Do not interfere with the site

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, probe or test its security without our written permission, place a disproportionate load on it, scrape it by automated means in a way that disrupts it, or bypass any technical measure that protects it.

6. Names, logos and content

The text, layout, code and graphics of this site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may read, print and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not otherwise copy, republish or adapt the site or a substantial part of it without our written consent.

The Mabeyn name, wordmark and arch emblem are our trade marks. Displaying them here grants you no licence to use them. Any third-party name or mark appearing on this site, including the names of technologies we work with, belongs to its owner and is used for identification only; it does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

7. Availability and accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and available, but we do not promise either. It may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and a page may be out of date. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is” and we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Links out

Where we link to a site we do not operate, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content or its practices. Follow such a link at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profit, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version published here when you visit is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located in that state shall have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms, or any notice concerning content on this site, should go to [email protected], or by post to the registered office above.
